Do you have a physical shopfront?

Yes, we do. Our boutique store is located at Shop 26 Albert Coates Lane, QV Melbourne. Drop in, touch and feel our amazing products in flesh!

 

Can I pickup my online order?

Orders placed online unfortunately cannot be picked up in our QV store, as our retail store does not stock everything you see online. However you may arrange pickup from our workshop in Melbourne's east. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a pickup.

 

Where do you ship online orders from?

Our workshop is located in Box Hill South, Melbourne. The vast majority of orders are shipped directly from here, however we may also utilise warehouse facilities in other states for order dispatch.

 

How much will shipping cost? 

Standard domestic shipping is absolutely free. Costs for other shipping options depends on the weight, size, and destination. You may use the Postage Calculator at checkout to determine your freight cost.

 

How long does postage and handling take?

We typically process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. If there's any foreseeable delays, we will get in touch with you.

 

Standard Post usually takes 2-6 business days, while Express Post should reach most destinations within 2 business days

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments made by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments made via PayPal and bank deposit. 

 

Is there a surcharge on my credit card?

Absolutely not.

 

 

Can I track the shipping status of my order?

Sure. All domestic parcels comes with complimentary tracking. Tracking for most International orders are limited as the availability depends on the postal partner in our country. Please contact us if you experience difficulty finding your tracking information in our system.

 

Are your products 100% genuine?

Absolutely! All our products are sourced directly from the authorised Australian distributors. You will not find any spin-offs or counterfeits in our store.

 

Are taxes charged on my purchase?

Yes, 10% GST is included in all prices for domestic orders. However GST is not collected on International orders.

 

Can I cancel an online order I just placed?

You surely can as long the order has not been dispatched. Unfortunately once it's been sent, we cannot have an order cancelled straightaway. However you may return the goods in accordance to our 30 Days Money Back Guarantee.

 

Can I return the products I ordered?

We offer easy return and exchange. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

 

I have received the wrong product or my order is not delivered in full?

We always double check our parcels before dispatching them That being said, we still make humanly mistakes. If you think something is not right about the order you received, please report us within 3 business days.

 

Do you offer discount for bulk orders or business purchases?
